Are the bags water-resistant?

Yes. Eelos bags use water-resistant materials to help protect your essentials from unexpected spills or rain.

What devices can fit inside the bag?

The laptop compartment fits up to a 15” laptop, while the main compartment can hold one up to 17”. There’s also a dedicated sleeve for your tablet.

How do I clean or maintain my Eelos bag?

Wipe with a damp cloth or wet wipes. Do not machine wash or use detergents, as this may damage the material and construction.

Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my bag?

Yes, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please see our Exchange Policy for full details.
