1. Eligibility for Exchanges
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Products that are faulty, damaged upon receipt, or not as described.
- Incorrect Items: Items delivered that differ from your order.

- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Items should be placed in their original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying tags.
